Our best selling sauce, having been awarded a GOLD in Great Taste 2012 and GOLD in Taste Of The West 2012. Exhibiting mild to medium heat with a rich depth of smoky smoothness.
Our Chipotles (pronounced Chi-poot-lay and definitely not chipolata!) are made on the farm, using our stock of red ripe Early Jalapeno’s. The Jalapeno’s are sliced into quarters before being oak smoked for 18 hours. After this infusion of flavour, they are dry roasted for an additional 24 hours resulting in a caramelized Chipotle oozing with quality!
Recommended as a dipping sauce, marinade or just mixed in with Baked Beans, its lush and is the only ever sauce to have been awarded 11/10 for flavour by the mighty Chile Foundry!
Tomatoes, red wine vinegar, worcestershire sauce (malt vinegar, FROM BARLEY, spirit vinegar, molasses, sugar, salt, ARNCHOVIES, FISH, tamarind extract, spice herb flavourings, contains CELERY) chipotle chillies, sugar, MUSTARD, garlic salt.
Each bottle contains 150 ml of smokey, smooth, luxury!.
